Shipping and Returns
Shipping
At Can Candela, we take care of every detail, including the delivery of your order. All shipments are managed by a trusted courier service to ensure that our products reach you with the same care with which they were created.
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll prepare and ship your order. Delivery within mainland Spain and Portugal typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Spain (mainland): €6.50
- Portugal (mainland): €9.70
Includes VAT. Other taxes, fees, or customs duties are not included.
Free Shipping:
- For orders over €99 within mainland Spain
International Shipping
We love reaching more corners of the world. International shipping costs are as follows:
- France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Greece: €15.40
- Rest of European Union: €25
Other Destinations:
For shipments to the Canary Islands or other international locations, please contact us at info@cancandela.cat, and we’ll find the best solution for you.

Returns
At Can Candela, every product tells a story. However, if you need to make a return or exchange, here’s what you need to know:
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sent.
Upon receiving your order:
Check that the item matches your purchase and is in perfect condition.
If there’s an issue, contact us at info@cancandela.cat with an explanation and attach a photo.
Return Conditions:
If the product has defects or damages, we will cover the cost of the return and exchange.
If you change your mind, choose the wrong size or scent, or if the product has damages unrelated to our process, return costs will be borne by the customer.
Special Note:
Small irregularities in our candles are a result of our artisanal process and make each piece unique. Returns will not be accepted for this reason.
How to manage a return:
Return the product in its original packaging, properly protected, and include all components. Add your contact details to identify the order.
Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 15 days.
